Diana Shnaider won four 2024 titles across every surface
Diana Shnaider left NC State after one college season and produced one of the tour's fastest all-surface breakthroughs. In 2024, the left-hander won her first four WTA singles titles: Hua Hin on hard court, Bad Homburg on grass, Budapest on clay and Hong Kong on hard court. She also earned an Olympic women's doubles silver medal with Mirra Andreeva, reached a first WTA 1000 semifinal in Toronto and finished the year inside the Top 15. Winning titles across all three surfaces at 20 showed more than raw power; it demonstrated that Shnaider could alter spacing, movement and point length from one part of the calendar to another.
