Iryna Shymanovich: an ITF title base expanded through doubles and tour breakthroughs
Iryna Shymanovich built a deep lower-circuit résumé before reaching her best tour results. The Belarusian owns fourteen ITF singles titles and seventeen ITF doubles titles, then won her first WTA doubles trophy in Bogotá in 2023 with Irina Khromacheva. That season also brought a Grand Slam singles debut and second round at Roland Garros. Shymanovich continued rising in doubles through ten WTA 125 titles and reached career-high singles No. 150 in January 2026. At Rouen that spring, she beat Hailey Baptiste for a first Top 50 win and reached her first WTA quarterfinal.
