Rebeka Masarova combines junior-major pedigree with a tour final
Rebeka Masarova won the 2016 Roland Garros girls' singles title and later reached her first WTA final as a qualifier in Auckland in 2023, where Coco Gauff stopped her. The Basel-born, six-foot-one right-hander climbed to a career-high No. 62 after a season that also included quarterfinals in Bad Homburg and Guangzhou and a semifinal in Cluj-Napoca. She identifies the serve as her favorite shot and her junior Roland Garros victory as her best tennis memory. Since 2025, Masarova has again represented Switzerland after several seasons playing for Spain.
