Lina Gjorcheska: North Macedonia's long-serving ITF title winner
Lina Gjorcheska built her career through sustained results on the ITF circuit rather than a sudden tour-level breakthrough. The right-hander won her first professional title on clay in Arad in 2012 and had collected 15 ITF singles trophies by the end of 2025. Her strongest ranking was No. 170, achieved during a 2017 season that included a WTA main-draw appearance in Biel as a lucky loser against eventual champion Marketa Vondrousova. Gjorcheska also reached the 2024 Ljubljana WTA 125 doubles final with Jil Teichmann, adding a notable team result to her singles-heavy record.
