Fiona Ferro: two WTA titles and a career rebuilt through resilience
Fiona Ferro reached a career-high No. 39 and won WTA singles titles in Lausanne in 2019 and Palermo in 2020. Her strongest major result came at 2020 Roland Garros, where she reached the fourth round, fitting a career often associated with patient clay-court construction. The French right-hander also helped France win the 2019 Fed Cup. After time away from the tour, she returned to New York in 2023 with support from a French federation training group. Her current profile is therefore both a results record and a story of rebuilding competitive continuity.
