Daniel Milavsky turned a standout Harvard career into a US Open chance
Daniel Milavsky captained Harvard in 2024-25 and finished his senior season with an 18-6 singles record and an 18-2 doubles record. He earned unanimous First Team All-Ivy honors in both disciplines, became the ITA New England Senior Player of the Year and reached No. 21 in the college singles rankings. The Needham, Massachusetts native recorded 74 singles wins across his Harvard career before beginning his first full professional season. By August 2026, four victories over Top 200 opponents since June had helped him climb rapidly enough for the USTA to reward that summer with a US Open qualifying wild card.
