Priscilla Hon reached the Top 100 for the first time in 2025 after more than a decade on tour. The Brisbane right-hander qualified for both Wimbledon and the US Open that year, saving five match points against Victoria Mboko to earn her Wimbledon debut. In New York she defeated No. 17 seed Liudmila Samsonova and made the third round, her first visit to that stage at a major. The season continued with a Beijing win over former Roland Garros champion Jelena Ostapenko. Hon has since reached a career-high No. 94 and is coached by Cara Black.
