Erika Andreeva reached the Top 70 through a breakthrough 2024 season
Erika Andreeva was the 2021 Roland Garros junior runner-up and qualified for her first Grand Slam main draw at the 2022 US Open. Her largest senior breakthrough came at Monterrey in 2024. After losing the first set 6-1 to Danielle Collins, Andreeva changed direction more quickly, mixed in drop shots and won the next two sets for her first Top 20 victory and first WTA quarterfinal. She later defeated younger sister Mirra in their first professional meeting at Wuhan and climbed to a career-high No. 65. Those milestones established Erika as more than a family reference: she owns distinct wins built on tactical adjustment and controlled aggression.
